Jameia Boone serves as our Saint Miriam School Ambassador and Administration Assistant.

Jameia, at the age of 16, began working at her church summer camp, where she started as a Camp Aide. In this position, she helped serve breakfast, lunch and hand out snacks as well as keeping supplies inventory for the campers. After a few summers as a camp aide, she changed positions to work as a Camp Counselor. Her work later as a barista, and as a mental health technician, has helped her to learn the importance of patience, kindness and understanding. During her time working at the inpatient mental and behavioral health clinic, Jameia worked as a Unit Secretary where she answered phones, helped sign in visitors, filed paperwork, scheduled appointments, and learned the importance of organization and communication. Last year Jameia graduated with my M.A in counseling psychology, which she believe can be of help when interacting with her fellow team members, parents, and children of our school. Jameia looks forward to working with and getting to know each of our parents and team members!
