Drop Off – Toddlers, Beginners, PreK-3, and PreK-4 (Downstairs/U-Level)

  • Early drop off is available for families who need care between 7:30am and 8:50am (please be sure you are registered if you need this service so we can be properly staffed)
  • Drop-off for all Toddlers, Beginners, PreK-3 and PreK-4 students begins at 8:50am
  • All children attending Toddlers, Beginners, PreK-3 andPreK-4 (Downstairs) will enter the building at the Undercroft entrance near the playground on the Bethlehem Pike side of the campus
  • Parents/Guardians will need to check in at the sign-in/out area
  • Toddlers, Beginners, PreK-3 and PreK-4 classes begin promptly at 9am daily in each classroom
  • Staff will be available from 7:30am until 8:55am when children are escorted to their classroom
  • The Undercroft door will be locked at 9:00am daily
  • If you are running late and will arrive after 9am please enter at the Administrative entranc

Drop Off – Itty-Bittys and Movers & Shakers (Upstairs)

  • Early drop off is available for families who need care between 7:30am and 9:00am (please be sure your child is registered if you need this service so we can be properly staffed)
  • All children attending the Itty-Bitty and Movers and Shakersprograms (Upstairs) will enter the building through the door to the Administrative wing of the building
  • Door codes are to be used and staff will meet you in the sign-in/out area, and escort children to their rooms
  • Itty-Bitty and Movers and Shakers programs start promptly at 9AM daily

Pick Up – Toddlers, Beginners, PreK-3 and PreK-4 (Downstairs/U-Level)

  • Our school day is over at 3pm daily
  • Pick-up for all Toddlers, Beginners, PreK-3 and PreK-4 children is at 3pm at the Undercroft Door entrance
  • Checking out at the end of the day is done at the sign-in/out area
  • Staff will be available for those enrolled in the Extended-Day Program until 5:30pm daily at the Undercroft Door for Toddlers, Beginners, PreK-3 and PreK-4
  • After 5:30pm pick-up is at the Administration Entrance (Upstairs)

Pick Up – Itty-Bittys and Movers & Shakers (Upstairs)

  • Our school day is over at 3pm daily
  • Pick up for all Itty-Bittys and Movers and Shakersis at 3PM at the Administration Entrance
  • Checking out at the end of the day is done at the sign-in/out area
  • Staff will be available for those enrolled in the Extended-Day Program until the 6pm daily at the Administration door for the Itty-Bittys and Movers and Shakers
