Saint Miriam is proud to enhance our children’s learning by adding a fun and interactive new program called, Awaken Your Senses!
Wormy fun, freshly hewn soil, plants that grow down and up, an outdoor living garden with bugs, fresh air, rich soil, and real live nature, cool water that flows, ‘farm to table’ educational opportunities, and much more!
This content will run the gamut from the educational to the playful, in order to engage our students of all ages! We will use real life interactions, special guests like Nature Jack, photographs, and archival material from local collections, as well as expanded information on specific plants, bugs, nature life, birds, trees, oral histories, audio visual clips from experts in fields from animals, farming, harvesting, botany, architecture, and other related fields!
